ROBESON RED PIG BUTCHER KNIFE ROBESON Pre owned, Robeson Red Pig Carving Knife, total length of knife approx. 8 1/2 inches. Vintage original Robeson Cutlery Company "Red Pig" small carving/butcher/skinning knife with the distinctive brass Pig/Hog shield riveted in the wooden handle.Knife has been used, blade has surface wear on carbon steel, lots of life remaining, handle very good. Knife may have been shortened at one time or another we do not know, this is how we found it.
