You are looking at a magnificent  Antique Giant Ladle that is silver plated 

Beautifully made with a classic Beaded design and an engraving to the tab of a vertical fish above a bar possibly a crest

It is marked to the reverse AL CH, &, F, S, EP with crown above, which I believe is  Charles Hattersley and  Falding 

 Measuring approx 12.75"(32.5cm) long,  the bowl is approx 4"(10cm) x just over  3.5"(8.5cm)  

In good condition with  the usual scuffs & marks consistent  with age and it needs a final polish.
