If you are unsatisfied with the item, let us know within 30 Days of receiving the item. We will only exchange unopened packages. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

•  Your order will be processed Same day or within 1 business days after your payment (excluding Saturday, Sunday and  Holiday).
• Delivery time may vary depending on carrier and the service, please refer to the tracking number provided in your purchased history.
• First Class Mail, transit time varies from 2-5 business days and sometimes more.  Priority mail is from 1 to 3 days sometimes more You will not see the tracking progress unless the item is close to the destination or delivered. Please be patient with that.
• Upgrade shipping is always available. We will send you the quote.
• We only ship to the confirmed Paypal address. If you want to ship the item to different address than your Paypal address, please ad the shipping address to your authorized address. We an only ship to an authorized Paypal address. We do not accept email to change shipping address.
