An adorable Lladro matte figurine titled I Hope She Does, and numbered # 5450. The piece depicts a boy, pulling off the petals of a flower in hopes of love. His dog and best friend sits beside him. The piece was issued in 1987, retired in 1997 and measures 5.5 inches by 4.75 inches. It was designed by sculptor was Regino Torrijos. It is in MINT condition with no chips, cracks, or flaws.
The piece is identified with the familiar trademark logo for Lladro and is also imprinted Handmade in Spain on the base. The item number 5450 is also incised on the base. The ORIGINAL BOX is NOT included.
It displays great design and very delicate detailing (as shown in the attached picture). It would make a great gift or addition to any Lladro collection.
