The plant is growing in sphagnum in pot 12 cm.

There could be some damage during shipping. (browning on the variegated leaves,
bent leaves, and potential rot on the stem/aerial root). With proper care it
will recover and won’t affect the future growth of the plant.
We do not refund damaged plants after they are shipped . We will work with
you though. Please send pictures through the order message system. If there is
any problem with the order please send me the actual pictures within 24 hours
after the delivery on .
We will review the pictures and message and proceed from there. These are
alive plants and I want the tracking to be accurate.
If you message, please send a few pictures of the plant and at least 1
picture of the entire plant and the shipping box, thank you.
Negative reviews for cold/warm weather damage or delays are not acceptable
and beyond our control.
