The book is in good condition with some light wear on the lower spine area and a crease on the upper right hand corner of the front cover (SEE PHOTOS). Other than that it is completely free from any rips, tears or writing (SEE PHOTOS). All the pages are fully attached and secure. The binding is tight and there are absolutely NO loose pages (SEE PHOTOS).

The spine is in good condition with some light wear near the bottom, but the spine is tight and free from any loose binding (SEE PHOTOS). This book is in great shape and as stated before has no rips, tears, writing, loose or missing pages. Everything is fully attached and in good condition.
