This is a rare and lovely find: a 48 piece set of mid-century Chinese Jingdezhen Porcelain dishes in what appears to be unused condition

Trimmed with a wide turquoise band outlined in red, with leafy floral motif in pink, lavender, blue, and green, these hand painted pieces each feature a traditional land and sea illustration with scenic mountains, ocean, fishing boats, and a pagoda sitting among some pine trees on rocky crag with a few people here and there. Black Chinese calligraphy sandwiched between two red seals is on the on the platter, soup tureen (both bowl and lid), and the four 8" bowls and the four 9" bowls. The smaller bowls have black calligraphy and spoons do not have any.

You will receive all 48 pieces shown in the photos.

Included are the following:

piece@14" oval serving platter
piece@ 8" bowls

12 piece@ 3 1/2" sauce bowls

CONDITION: Looks like this set may never have been used. It is like new. Spoons still have original shipping paper between them; glossy and colorful; no utensil marks I can see; no chips, cracks or crazing.

China is midweight. Each piece bears the red 中国景德镇 (Zhong Guo Jingdezhen) MADE IN CHINA N mark -I am not an expert, but according to the online research I was able to find, my guess is these most likely date to the 1960s.
