New and factory sealed, exact pressing and label variant are unknowable due to sealed shrink - some clues on the cover indicate this LP is an early to late 1970s pressing:    the RIAA badge / Capitol factory code #12 at bottom right back cover, along with no bar code, "File under The Beatles" (at top right of jacket partially covered by graphics slick) are consistent with a 1970s pressing.    The back cover also notes two defunct Capitol record plants: Scranton, PA and Los Angeles Calif.
