OUR PRODUCT SALES DEFINITIONS:

NEW ITEM(S): A new item can either be sealed or opened however alwaysunused. If the item(s) is not sealed it will be mentioned as Open-Unused. ifthe item(s) are new without a plastic seal it will be inspected for allavailable parts and mentioned as complete or missing items in the details abovein this description box. We also acquire new items with damaged or worn packagingwhich will also be stated above in this description box.

USED ITEM(S): A used item can have different conditions such as GREATwith no imperfections sight on seen, GOOD with slight imperfections orslight wear/ scratches, or FAIR with very noticeable scratches or wearbut in decent functional condition. However, we are not evaluation orinspection experts so please look closely at pictures so you can determine foryourself before purchase.

USED MECHANICAL/BATTERY OPERATED ITEM(S): We "always" check tosee if these items are working. However, some of these items that requirebatteries may not have them or have died so we don't know if they arefunctional and will be listed above in the description box as "NOT TESTED".In this case, if you have purchased batteries and your items are inoperable youhave the option to return this item for a full refund or swap for somethingelse close to the same value just email us, we’ll work it out!

All items are prepared from a smoke-free environment. Used liquid-resistantitems will be sanitized for shipping preparation and will make a great effortto show pictures of imperfections and wear the best we can.

SHIPPING:
All our items are shipped from North Carolina. We ship daily except for Sundayshowever we try to prep all items ready for shipping for that next day.

All fragile or delicate items will be wrapped securely with wrapping paper/bubblewrap/ foam material or other appropriate packaging materials.  

PAYMENTS:
No items will be shipped Before a payment is made.

AUCTIONS/ACCEPTED OFFER PAYMENTS:
Payment is required on all auctions/accepted offers within three days ofauction end, or we will relist the item. However, we understand that THINGSHAPPEN! and often additional time may be needed, so we kindly ask that youreach out to us directly to make payment arrangements BEFORE the end of thethree-day window. We will send out a one-time payment reminder within the first48 hours.

Please note: If we do not receive any form of communication from you andpayment is not received within the specified time frame, we will assume thatyou have no intentions of paying and have no choice to void the transactionwith assistance from eBay.

RETURNS
Although most of our items are listed for no return we have a few exceptions:You can return any "NEW" (unopened, sealed, no missing tags orlabels, in original package) Items at your expense for a full refund within 7business days of delivery and up to 30 days. If your item(s) is returned after7 days but before 30 days, we can only offer you a credit or swap for something else close tothe same value just email us we will work it out!

USED ITEM(S) sales are Final except for untestedmechanical/battery operated purchases please email us with any issues.

Clothing sold as NEW must be returned in the same condition as it was received.Clothing returns will not be accepted on new clothing if the tags are removedby the buyer.

Your account will be credited once we receive the item back unless otherarrangements have been made. We do not charge a restocking fee unless otherwisespecified.
