Unit comes with its original box and an RCA to 3.5mm aux cable. Does not come with any other accessories. I unfortunately lack the equipment to test this item properly so I cannot tell you whether or not it is still in working condition, but it certainly appears to be. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any returns and the item is being sold as-is.
