New and factory SEALED - exact pressing and label variant are unknowable due to sealed shrink.    Some clues on the jacket indicate either a 1969 or 1970s pressing:   RIAA "Gold Record Award" badge, RIAA badge / #12 Capitol factory code at bottom right back cover, along with no bar code, consistent with Capitol 1969 and 1970s pressings.     The back cover also notes two defunct Capitol record plants: Scranton, PA and Los Angeles Calif.
