"We get loads of dolls and toys in daily. All items we list at auction appear to be in very good or better condition. However, we ask that you look over all photos provided, ask any questions you may have and if you are going to assume anything, please be conservative and assume the worse. This will prevent any disappointment on your part and help prevent oversights and mistakes on ours."

"PREOWNED/ESTATE ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BY US AND COMBINED WITH THE SHARED INFORMATION OFFERED BY THE OWNER. ALTHOUGH WE'RE "TOLD BY THE OWNER" & DO NOT DETECT ANY  PETS, SMOKE or ODORS,WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN EXPOSED AT ONE POINT IN IT'S LIFETIME"

***NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS***

We reserve the right to cancel your transaction based on LACK OF feedback or feedback you have received and left for other sellers and/or delivery issues within your country. 

We expect International Buyers to assume 50% responsibility for their orders. 1. PAY ATTENTION to your shipments. 2. Communicate with us when you see delays within the US so we can file reports promptly and 3. ASSUME responsibility once it arrives in your country including providing tracking, paperwork, and contacting Customs if necessary. 

YOU (THE BUYER) are RESPONSIBLE for TRACKING & COMMUNICATING ONCE PACKAGE ARRIVES INTO YOUR OWN COUNTRY, CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES and VAT in YOUR country. These charges are NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ITEM OR POSTAGE and NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER. REFUSAL TO ACCEPT OR SIGN for your parcel UPON ARRIVAL due to the cost of DUTIES, TAXES OR VAT enforced, will be observed as automatic FORFEITURE OF YOUR ITEM. Upon return of a “REFUSED” or “UNACCEPTED” package, you will NOT BE REIMBURSED for your item or original postage. Your doll or toy WILL BE DONATED to a local pantry or orphanage and you will receive a THANK YOU NOTE!!!
