St John's Wort is familiar as a herbal anti-depressant - but seek advice first as it has side effects and can interfere with other prescriptions. It makes a bright border plant with yellow flowers in summer. It can be grown in containers and patio tubs. Can be trimmed and pruned to deired shape and size. Fully hardy perennial herb. Plant in moist but well drained soil in full sun or part shade. Supplied in a 9cm pot with colour label.
