This RARE and RETIRED item is NEW, and in MINT CONDITION. 1997 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament / Doll "SCARLETT O'HARA" 1st in The Scarlett O'Hara Series. Based on the 1939 film 'Gone With the Wind' which was noted for its lavish costumes. Handcrafted. Doll is Free Standing. Sculpted by Patricia Andrews. My Mother was a collector and has left this collection to me. It has never been out of the box except for me to take a picture of it.
