FASHIONED OF A RIBBON OF GOLD METAL MESH AND IS SIGNED FORSTNER.
THE RIBBON MESH HAS A RAISED CABLE WEAVE THROUGH THE CENTER WITH A GOLD TONE METAL CIRCLE AND LOOP BUCKLE CLOSURE IN THE FRONT.
THE EDGES OF THE UNDER SIDE BUCKLE APPEAR TO OPEN FOR ADUSTING THE SIZE FOR A SMALLER SIZE BUT I HAVE NOT OPENED THE BUCKLES.
CONDITION: MINOR WEAR TO THE GOLD TONE SURFACE OF THE BUCKLE WITH TWO LIGHT DEPRESSION KINKS IN THE MESH RIBBON.
