Description

★Two versions of the greatest outdoor concert in history included! ★Legendary truth! Live uncensored version & edited version for broadcasting with re-recording. ★Remastered from the highest quality vintage master sound source in existence! ★A long-awaited reissue of the popular Eternal Grooves title The Beatles' legendary outdoor concert at Shea Stadium has been renewed! In the 1970s, film concerts were held in Japan at Shea Stadium (then called Shea Stadium), which is familiar to old fans, but the live audio that was heard there was later re-recorded and dubbed in the studio. It was significantly revised. "SHEA STADIUM" (EGSH-0012) released by Eternal Grooves in 2017 was well received for its "uncensored and realistic live sound source", but this time, the "original broadcast sound source" from that time was also added. Now, we are releasing a reissue that includes two versions of this historic concert. North American performance in the summer of 1965, which became an unprecedented stadium tour. The first day's performance at Shea Stadium was attended by 56,000 people, and the venue was filled with the roar of Beatlemania. This large-scale concert, which everyone will experience for the first time, will be recorded as a video work, but the audience was louder than expected, and due to problems with the recording equipment at the time, there was confusion in adjusting the balance of vocals and instruments. will occur. Therefore, in January of the following year, they attempted to re-record the performance to match the video, and after much trial and error, the video version of Shea Stadium Live was completed. This is the ``original sound source for broadcast'' that could be heard at film concerts and other events at the time. ``I Feel Fine'' and ``HELP!'' are not actually performed live at Shay, but are recorded separately. Bass is used for ``Can't Buy Me Love'' and ``I'm Down''. John's organ will also be dubbed. These takes are now valuable and can only be heard as “original sound sources for broadcasting”. And the "uncensored real live sound source" was also included in the previous release, but you can listen to the passionate performance of the Beatles, who were excited about their first stadium performance, for all the songs of the concert on that day. The disturbance in the performance due to the heat is so cool that it makes you think, ``This is live!'' In particular, the vocal volume of "I Feel Fine" and "HELP!" was low, which was a factor in why they were rejected, but it was a wonderful performance full of spirit that showed the band's groove. Also included are ``She's A Woman'' and ``Everyone's a Good Girl'' sung by George, which were not included in the broadcast version. Please enjoy it along with the approximately 8,000-character liner notes, which clearly describe which songs and which instruments were modified, and provide a behind-the-scenes look at the background and acoustics of this concert. This is a great release that allows you to enjoy listening to and comparing two versions: the uncensored real live version and the broadcast live version that has been modified as a live work. ★An 8-page booklet with liner notes detailing the differences between the two versions. ★Japan Copyright Association JASRAC licensed product ★Jacket using licensed photo from Getty Images Japan
