The red enamel center of the heart has a "puffed" or "quilted" appearance, accented with tiny clear crystals. Framing this center is a halo of round flush-mounted white/clear rhinestones set in gold tone metal. All rhinestones are clear and present. The brooch secures with a rollover clasp, but please note that this mechanism does not lock firmly - it moves around a bit, and would need to be tightened or repaired by a jeweler. Weighs 16 grams. Unbranded. Very good pre-owned condition, an Estate find.
