- This is the Sprague® Orange Drop .022 Microfarad tone capacitor. The highest quality tone capacitor available! Audio grade Polypropylene dielectric material provides a smooth, wah type tone with no sonic impurities. These are not the low-grade Polyester Orange Drops others sell. The cap is generally used with humbucking pickups.
- SBE sold the Orange Drop line to CDE at the end of 2012, and transferred all manufacturing of the line to CDE by 2013, therefore SBE and CDE are identical.
