This is the figurine Kelli #1805, International Series Edition #63.  The series is known as All God’s Children by Miss Martha Originals and it features a girl with a kitten on her lap.  It shows no sign of wear; but look carefully at the photos because they are part of the description.

It and other AGC figurines were donated by the estate of a collector to a charity thrift shop at which I do volunteer work and sell on eBay items which would not readily attract in-store buyers.  If interested in others contact me for combined pricing.
