I bought a large quantity of NOS Mercedes-Benz parts from a closing MB repair shop. This is one of those parts. 

For sale is a NOS Genuine MERCEDES Headliner Rear Mirror 300SD 300 SD SE SEL 400 400SEL Gray. A1408101717-7101 part number. Look at pictures close. There is a barely visible wear mark from moving around in a box for year. Its to the left of the thumb button.  It is barely noticeable and much better than getting a used one. I used the paint program to circle the mark on the face but it does not appear on the part.  The plastic is also a bit sticky from age.  Hate it then you can send it back for free and I will sell it to some other lucky customer.
