The following description is proudly written by me without the aid of eBay’s new “AI” feature (that’s ‘Artificial Intelligence’…. for those of us old enough to remember writing our own words, and on a manual typewriter!)

This is a nice condition, unused vintage NOS (New Old Stock) set of 18 (actually 17, missing one) round NHL Team Emblem/Team Logo Stickers dating from the mid 1970’s(has Copyright 1974, Atlanta Georgia).

Only 18 teams in the league in 1974! The two emblems at the top are for “Two New Teams”: the Washington Capitals and the Kansas City Scouts. Who you ask? KC became the Colorado Rockies in 1976 and then the New Jersey Devils in 1982. Cool.

Rest of the teams on the front: New York Rangers, Montreal Canadiens, Boston Bruins, New York Islanders, Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs.

On the back: Detroit Red Wings, Vancouver Canucks, Atlanta Flames (moved to Calgary in 1980), Minnesota North Stars (moved to Dallas 1993), California Golden Seals (became the Cleveland Barons in 1976 who then merged with the North Stars in 1978), Philadelphia Flyers, Chicago Black Hawks, Pittsburgh Penguins and St. Louis Blues.

These 1 3/4” round team emblems/logos are the perfect size to stick on blank hockey pucks, instantly creating a cool old looking collectible to get autographed or whatever.

Am I way over-selling these or what?!

Unfortunately, that’s precisely what happened to the Los Angeles Kings sticker that’s missing (see 2nd photo)… I took an old blank puck and made it a Kings puck :o) So yes, the stickers are still quite sticky and can be used.

The stickers themselves are a nice and clean EX-MT to NM condition with no major issues, no creases and clean edges.

The packaging and sticker backings measure 10 1/4” by 4 1/2” and are in excellent condition with the original cellophane still intact… except for the hole made to remove the Kings emblem.

Please see photos (taken with and without flash) for size, condition, etc. and feel free to ask any questions prior to purchasing.

Coming from a smoke and pet free home.

Returns accepted ONLY if item is not exactly as described or if it arrives damaged.

Thanks for looking.

THE FINE PRINT:

OFFERS: I don’t accept offers during a running auction, no matter how tempting, letting them run their course. I still believe in fair authentic auctions, even if eBay doesn’t.

For " Buy It Now" listings if I don't respond to an offer it means I didn't feel it was reasonable. I'm not going to dicker back and forth. I will accept a reasonable offer when I receive one.

eBay has sneaky ways now to change listings to accept offers if you’re not paying attention, even after knowingly listing something not entertaining offers. One way for you to tell if my listing has been hijacked is if you’re able to offer me half of what I’m asking. It’s really gotten ridiculous. In these cases I will only respond to reasonable offers, and asking me to sell something for half what I’m asking is insulting.

SHIPPING: Most everything I ship I send out via USPS with a Tracking Number, even for items like low value trading cards. I like having proof of mailing and delivery. You should too.

COMBINED SHIPPING: I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases, usually at no additional costs, unless the weight of the package increases the shipping amount significantly. Just request an updated invoice prior to purchase, otherwise I will refund through PayPal any shipping overcharges incurred at checkout.

FEEDBACK: Appreciative feedback will be reciprocated after the transaction is completed, and after I know you’ve received it to your hopeful satisfaction. If I can take the time to leave you a feedback, common courtesy asks for you to do the same. It’s only fair and only takes a second. And PLEASE let me know if there are any issues, giving me a chance to rectify any problems beforehand.

MAHALO!
