6. Unique lock washer prevents the hold down bracket from loosening due to vibration of the vehicle.The wing nuts could replace hex nuts for freehand installation if you don't have tools handy.
7.Notice - the width of this crossbar is 0.79"(20mm) and fits most flat-top batteries. If your battery have vent caps at the top, please measure and confirm that the width between the vent caps is greater than 0.79"(20mm) ,otherwise the crossbar cannot be installed normally.
