This case appears as it had an insert to hold between 6-8 watches however the styrofoam insert has been removed.  The case is in good condition however the actual dial knob to remove any fluid as you can see in the photos above has been busted off however the dial does tighten down still however when tightened down does allow air to flow through so im guessing allows water but is able to be replaced.
