Two early 20th century items of Primitive Methodist ephemera with Staffordshire interest. The motto card is chromo-litho printed with gold highlights. There is a bit of damage to the corners, and three holes in the top margin where it has been hung up. There are some light surface creases which aren't very obvious, and some pieces of tape stuck on the back. The pin compact was produced to raise funds for the Hot Lane Sunday School. I think it is a rare survivor! There are 3 pink paper pin holders inside with just a few remaining pins, one page has become detached. It is grubby and creased.

The card measures 19.5cm x 15.5cm.
The pin compact measures 5cm x 4cm.
