We use DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes, or DHL for all UK Deliveries. We offer FREE Next Working Daydelivery on most items we sell unless stated otherwise in the listing. Some items going to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or the British Isles may be subject to a delivery surcharge, please read the listing carefully.

Please Note* Due to Brexit orders over ?150 are subject to Tax and Customs fees in the country of destination. Please note the customer is responsible for these fees. International Delivery (Outside of Europe)

The recipient is responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier.

Pallets or Large Consignments (UK/International)

We deliver Pallets or Large Consignments to all mainland UK addresses; these will be delivered via Palletline or alternative Pallet Courier depending on your location. We do not ship Pallets or Large consignments internationally; the buyer can arrange to collect these via their chosen courier.

How Can I Track My order?

Your tracking no. is uploaded to your order once it is ready for dispatch. To track your order or to see the courier partner for your delivery, please check your dispatch confirmation email (which will include your tracking reference also).

Vulu offers a 30-day, no quibble, money-back guarantee, from the day you receive your item. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the eBay Message and we will assist you in arranging a return. All we ask is that you pay the return postage. All returns should be in original condition with accessories where applicable.

• If the item is not returned in original condition with accessories, it could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the purchase.
• If the item is returned with irreparable damage (unable to be restocked) we may deny your refund entirely.

All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to Vulu within 2 working days of you receiving your order, as Vulu cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time.

We recommend that you return the item on a tracked service (requiring a signature) as Vulu will not be liable if the return parcel is lost, and refunds are only processed once the item has been returned to us

How to Return a Faulty item.

Most items sold on the Vulu eBay store come with a 1-year return to base warranty unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event that a fault occurs within this period please get in contact with us so we can resolve it.

If we are unable to rectify the fault remotely or over the phone, we will ask you to open a return request on eBay where you will be issued a pre-paid returns label or arrange collection of the item/s for diagnosis and repair.

*Please note if you are located outside of the UK, we are unable to offer a collection service. We ask that you pay the return postage, if the item is faulty, we will reimburse your postage cost*

If returning a Laptop or PC, before returning, please back up your data as we are not liable for any data loss and remove any passwords or locks.

Once we have the item back, we will:

• Diagnose the fault
• Repair/replace any faulty parts or components
• Test the item to ensure any issues are resolved
• Physically clean the item
• Return the item using our next day courier service (no additional cost)

Repairs can take up to 4-5 working days once the item has arrived back with us.

If we are unable to repair your device for any reason, we would then offer to replace your item with a like-for-like device. If we are out of stock of this item, we would then offer you an alternative or a device of your choosing, up to the value that you paid for your original order.

Before Returning

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service via eBay Message within the returns or warranty period, valid from the date of receipt.

When packing your item for return ensure it is fully protected as Vulu will not be held liable for any damage caused in transit and this could cause a delay in any repair/refund as this would need to be investigated with the courier and could incur a restocking fee (if returning for refund) due to not being returned in original condition.
