Vintage Oriental Hand Carved Stone Dragon Ceremony Cup Vase Vessel Figure 5.75”

Please refer to photos for description. I’m not certain of stone but I think it’s soapstone. I also do not know the origin of this piece.

There are several chips to the top of the rim and some scuff/ scratches to some of the edges.

Very unusual piece that I have owned it for 10+years and researched multiple times and have never found this form.
