You are looking at a listing for the 6th ornament in the popular Hallmark "FROSTY FRIENDS" series. It is dated 1985. These two friends are enjoying a ride in a red kayak.  It measures about about 2-7/8" wide.

The ornament looks great but was previously displayed.  I see a small mark on the back of the husky dog. The box and clear plastic lid have some scuffing, dinging, scratching, and wear. The lid has a tacky area where I believe a sticker was removed and a tear on a corner.  The price tab is intact.
