Please return the item EXACTLY as received, with every element of packing and paperwork included. Please do not open sealed paperwork or cloths. Please respect the fact this item still has to be sold to another buyer in the condition you found it in. Trying on an item is fine, but please do not wear this item if you intend to return it. How do I return my product?

If you are not 100% happy with your item, we will try our best to help you in the following ways:

if the product arrives broken or faulty or if, within the first 30 days, the product develops a fault that is not caused by accidental damage (the manufacturer's guarantee does not cover accidental damage), you may return the item to us, and after inspection if we agree the product is faulty, we will offer you a no quibbles refund; OR we can offer you a straight replacement (if we can, availability can be limited), a same-value replacement, or store credit to the value of the orginal purchase

if on the very rare occasion an incorrect item is sent to you, send the item back to us via Recorded Delivery, afterwhich we will send you the correct item and reimburse any postal costs you may have incurred In any case, please do not hesitate to contact us with an order number and details of the problem and we will get back to you promptly and make sure any issues are dealt with with the minimum of fuss!

In this unlikely situation, please contact us and we'll respond as soon as we can. More often than not, minor eyewear issues can be resolved without the need to return and we'll do our best to advise you.
