our parts are sent the same day of purchase where possible, Larger parts requiring courier service must be purchased before 11 am in order to be dispatched the same day, Large items purchased after 11 am, will be sent the next working day.
You are also welcome to arrange your own courier service, we will wrap the parts the way we would wrap them if we were sending them ourselves, for a small fee (Time and packaging) .
Finally collection is welcome and in some cases recommended.
After Your purchase
Please Message us via ebay Or text one of the provided numbers with a contact number, This is for the courier so that they can arrange a delivery time that suits you.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PARTS
When the courier arrives, Please inspect the part(s) for any damage, If the courier refuses to let you check your parts then simply sign "DAMAGED", if you just sign for the part without checking, you are confirming that you have received your part(s) in good condition, Please ensure you do this, as if you open the parts to find them damaged and the courier has already left, then there is very little that we can do.
On more expensive parts we recommend insuring the part through the courier, this costs extra, However it grants you peace of mind.
Engines / Engine delivery
If you are purchasing an engine from us then please understand that the majority of our advertised engines are still in the cars. This is because our customers would like to hear an engine running before they buy it. Therefore until an engine is sold, it will not be removed. Please allow One working day on top of our expected delivery time to remove and pallet/wrap the engine.
All of our used parts are sent via UPS. Other than our engines, Which are sent by speed shift, The engine is placed on a pallet, tied down and then shrink wrapped before dispatch, Please note that our engines are usually sold as a sump, block and head, unless stated otherwise in the ad, and are also drained of all oils and fluids due to courier conditions, so please remember to replace after fitting your engine.
Returns
All second hand parts are tried and tested, And then marked or bar coded before dispatch. We would not sell a part that we would not use ourselves
In the highly unlikely event that your part is faulty or you are unhappy with it please contact us before leaving feedback, If we can we will replace your faulty part after receiving the faulty part back or Return the part to us (at buyers cost) and we will grant you the full sale price refund.
