Your book is pre-owned and may have signs of previous use. While the book is not mint or like new, there will be no major flaws like torn pages or water damage. - To provide you the best possible shipping rate, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and service for economy shipping at the time we ship the item.
- This means your item may ship Canada Post Lettermail, Canada Post Regular Parcel, Fedex, or Canada Post (via Chit Chats Express).
- Economy shipping usually takes 4-8 business days. Not all services used for Economy shipping have guaranteed delivery dates. While rare, economy shipping can take longer than 8 business days. Please refer to the shipping estimate shown at checkout.
- If you require faster shipping, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout. If you select Expedited shipping, your item will ship with tracking and insurance via either Canada Post Expedited, or a Canada Post Flat Rate Box.
- Orders shipped with Economy may ship in either a bubble mailer, poly bag, or cardboard mailer - stiffeners or additional padding will be used when the weight allows for them to be used. There is a weight cutoff for some economy services, so we cannot ship economy orders in boxes or use excessive amounts of shipping material. If we did so, we would have to charge Expedited prices by default on all orders. This way, you get the option to save more with an affordable shipping method.
- Orders shipped with Expedited may ship in a box with padding. If they do ship in a mailer, an excessive amount of cardboard stiffeners and/or padding will be used since Expedited does not have the same weight restrictions as Economy.
- If you require a specific shipping service that is not listed on the shipping page, you can message us prior to paying and we can provide you with a quote.
- Once you pay for your item, we cannot make changes to the shipping service or delivery address.
