One vertical strip of 5 of the 2022 stamps issued to honor "Pony Cars" from the 60s and 70s. Five different designs are included in this issue, with four vertical strips each containing five stamps, one of each design.

According to the USPS, the stamps celebrate five iconic U.S. automobiles — the 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 (5715a), the 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T (5716a), the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 (5717a), the 1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7 GT (5718a) and the 1969 AMC Javelin SST (5719a). Painted using oil paint on panels, the stamp artwork, with bold colors and dramatic light, captures the energy and mystique of pony cars.

This strip is the left-most in a pane, and likely contains the five designs in their Scott order. It has been guillotine-cut from a imperf press sheet of 6 panes.

This item is Post Office fresh and, of course, mint never hinged.
