Pair of antique 1860s porcelain compotes, probably English, each of oval scalloped shape, with oval pedestal foot, featuring a beautiful hand painted floral, both different, one is pink, the other purple/red/white, with gold leafy scroll decoration and trim, measuring 10-3/4" x 8-1/2" x 1-7/8" high, impressed with a large anchor within a laurel wreath, see close up photos, has the decorator's marks in red, condition:  as is, one compote has two chips on the underside of the rim, one is 1/2" flake/chip, the other is 1/4" flake/chip, same compote has a black pit above the pink flower,  the other compote has an old 1/2" darkened kiln crack, stable, on the underside, and just a bit of wear to the gilt trim along the edges, the floral paintings are in good condition, previously owned, from a local estate.

Our regular brick and mortar store hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 12 noon to 6pm.  We pack and ship paid eBay items on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday afternoons.
