These are new left and right seat belt guides  still with their GM packaging .    . The color is light blue or light gray . They fasten to the front seat on side of head rest . Picture #3 shows an installation on a 1977 Deville coupe . To avoid breakage they will be safely packaged in a USPS flat rate box .
