Description

Thank you for checking out this item.

Paul says:

The classic image for any lover of the breed to have in their collection and/or hanging on their wall.  The definitive image of the breed as depicted by Sir Edwin Landseer.  This is a period print probably from the 1920s or 1930s taken from some type of art journal of the say.  The print is "tipped in" to a printed mount, which does have a small rust stain to the top middle.  Other than that it is in remarkable condition with bright fresh colours

Sir Edwin Landseer (UK) 1802-1873
