Vintage empty wallet-type holder for soft collars, probably made in the 1930s or thereabouts.  It measures 12" x 6.5" (30 cm x 17 cm) approx when closed.  Art Deco floral pattern, in burgundy and black.  There are no labels on this item, but it appears to be made of leather-look vinyl, with a cloth lining.

The top flap doesn't fasten - you just fold it over the top.
Suitable for gentlemen or ladies.

Condition
Vintage collar case, the best part of a century old, but still in good condition.
There are a few scuffs on the edges, and three spots on the back.
These spots look as if something hot (perhaps candle wax or hot water?) has dripped on to it, damaging the surface.
Lining and embossed lettering are in very good condition.
