Shipping Policy

Any free shipping cost listed on this website only applies to the Lower 48 US STATES. Buyers from outside this area must pay for shipping costs.
This merchandise will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after the full payment is received. However, the seller is not responsible for any delay in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier issues.
Shipping charges do not include customs and brokerage fees. The buyer is responsible for all customs and brokerage fees, which may be assessed by the destination country's customs office upon arrival of the shipment. The buyer should check with their local customs office to determine any additional fees they may be responsible for.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or suspicious, and will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
Any disputes regarding shipping or customs fees must be resolved directly between the buyer and the shipping carrier or customs agency. The seller will not be held responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the buyer as a result of customs or shipping issues.
The seller reserves the right to modify or update these shipping policies at any time, without prior notice. It is the buyer's responsibility to review these policies before making a purchase.

Return Procedures

Before you are willing to return your item request exchange or refund, please email us and provide completed information. It will help us follow your case and send out the correct replacement immediately. Secondly, read all of our return policy carefully. The return policy has already noticed on both auction page and our policy page. All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. All return item must be returned and arrived within 7 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused. Any missing information may affect replacement send out or refund processing time.

c. Professional Installation: Professional installation for all items is always recommended. The buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchange or refund will be issued on products that have been damaged due to improper use or installation.
d. Consequential Damages: The seller is not responsible for any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income, any costs of installation or modification, cost of shipping and handling, or any other incidental damages.
e. Aftermarket Parts: Parts are aftermarket and are intended for off-road or show/static display vehicles. The seller cannot assume responsibility for any claims of SAE/DOT compliance. The buyer should check with their local DMV concerning legality with their state and license mechanic research the parts they wish to purchase to ensure they are the correct items.
