NICE - Vintage WWII USN Sterling Military Medal/Pendant. This is a unique medal/pendant or dog tag most likely from WWII time frame. It is labeled USN for United States Navy with the anchor and St Mary on the front. The back is marked Sterling along with a large letter M, the cross and several stars and two hearts with one having a sword piercing the heart. It is not engraved and measures about 1.25” in total length. Please see pictures.
