This banknote set comes with 6 pieces of Indian rupee banknotes issued from 2020 until 2023 in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 rupee. As part of the Gandhi at Center series, these notes feature Indian lawyer and independence leader Mahatma Gandhi at the center of their obverse design. Also on the obverse are the lion capital of the Ashoka pillar and the Reserve Bank of India seal represented with a tiger and a palm tree. A common design element on the reverse of these banknotes are a language panel and the Swacch Bharat logo symbolized with Gandhi’s eyeglasses. They also respectively depict a stone wheel engraved on the Sun Temple, the Ellora Caves, the Garuda Shrine Chariot in Hampi, Rani Ki Vav (Fountain of the Queen), Sanchi stupa, Bhopal, and the Red Fort in Delhi. Their security features include a watermark that reveals Mahatma Gandhi and a windowed security thread with demetalized RBI and India. They come in various sizes and colors.
