Express shipping
All the purchases made through website before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. Most of our orders will be dispatched on the same business day once payment has been approved. We will also provide you the unique tracking number and carrier details via email.
We use EXPRESS shipping and ship to Australia and NZ wide through AUSPOST. Metro customers will receive the item in the very next day, rural customers will receive a day after.
If the product is not as described, we pay shipping fees and take it back. You can either choose for a replacement if we have one available or full refund of money. Change of mind returns would attract 10% restocking fee.
Cancellation policy
If the buyer opted to cancel the item due to change of mind or similar sort, after its been shipped or delivered , we charge 10% re-stocking fee provided the item is still in its original condition as how it was received by the buyer.
If a item is not as described or faulty, seller will bear the return postage cost and full amount will be refunded or the similar device will be replaced.
