Please note these units are made of good quality wood, they are designed to offer cost effective housing for your hens. The units are built using 10mm cladding and 25mm min frame.

We strongly recommend that you treat your house with a good quality wood treatment. If you require a heavy duty unit then our deluxe range offers alternative housing solutions.

Delivery is based on mainland England and Wales, and Southern Scotland, for all other locations there will be a extra delivery charge, please contact us for a quote.

Damages - If you suspect any damage upon delivery please ensure you sign for the goods as damaged and inspect the product as soon as possible. Please report any damage to us before making any repairs yourself as we are unable to refund or replace items if they have been repaired, painted or modified in any way. Please ensure whoever is signing for the goods are aware of the conditions.

Returns - Items may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. Items will only be refunded if they are in the original packaging and have not been used. If the goods have been modified in any way eg. Painted, Repaired or Altered we will not be able to process a refund.

Dimensions - All dimensions quoted are external dimensions, this will include nest boxes, roof overhangs etc.

Variations - From time to time small variations may occur in the design, for example the colour shading, or door locks, this will not detract from the overall units design, look and performance, we will not cover the costs of a return for a minor variation.
