The model is complete in unopened package.  Parts are in great shape with no issues.  The package has a lot of wear.  The header card has some discoloration, creases, and small tears.  Package is dirty.  The instructions are on the back of the card.  1/72 scale.  I'm not sure if the decals can be used.
