Vintage 1996 Costume Jewelry Art Framed Christmas Tree Pearls Rhinestones Signed OOAK

Overall this is a beautiful piece of jewelry art with OOAK handmade charm. The condition is vintage pre-owned with signs of age and wear. Selling as found - the red velvet background is very dusty - cleaning will be at the discretion of buyer. The pearls forming the tree are fully intact but some of the pieces of costume jewelry are missing stones and are discolored with age. The beautiful gold frame has a couple of small chips on the top edge, a small scratch on the side edge and all of the corners show wear. See photos for details and to determine exact condition. Measurements are included in photos. This item is signed on the back "Merry Xmas to Edna from Kellie" and dated 1996.
