This is 1 of 17 toys released in November of 2019 for a special limited-edition Surprise Happy Meal. These limited edition retro Happy Meal toys were only available from November 7th - November 11th. They were released to celebrate the restaurant chain's 40th anniversary of it's kid's meals and many restaurants ran out far before the 11th. This is "Hello Kitty" toy #15. Hello Kitty toys originally introduced by McDonald's in 1996. She measures approximately 3" tall. She is brand new, sealed in her original packaging. Though there is a tiny slit on the front and back of the bag in the middle at the bottom. You can see these small flaws in the photos. I think this would be a fun addition to any McDonald's lover's collection. But what you see is what you get, so look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
