C H & H Tunstall Windsor England Platter 19th C Victorian Rare Blue and White

This beautiful rare piece of Tunstall Windsor pattern was made by CH & H, Cumberlidge, Humphreys, and Hele somewhere from 1886 to 1890 in England.

Platter is off white with navy blue floral design. There are little decorative slices on 4 corners of the platter with gold gilding.

Platter measures 18" x 13".

Weighs over 4 lb.

Condition: 

Heavy platter has various crazing and stain in center, and hairline on back, but this is a thick platter and does not seem to affect, very small indentation, on one end which has gilding in it. Not sure if that is part of the design.  See photos.
