These are a used set of wheels and tires that came off my nitro 3.0 bullet stadium truck I bought this truck used. It looks like these wheels have been lightly sprayed with black paint. It should come off with a little acetone. The hexes are in good shape, the tires are in good shape no cracking the wheels are not scuffed. These wheels and tires are sold as is no returns or exchanges.
