This set of 16 rocker arm pivot end caps will directly replace the original caps fitted to Gen 1 MINIs. You may find that when you remove the rocker arm sets on your vehicle that the original caps are brittle or split and therefore unusable. This set of 16 new red caps will enable you to replace them all in one go. As you can see they are red so it's easy to differentiate them from the originals. 

The other items in the photos are not included. The auction is for 16 plastic caps only.

The responsibility for correct fitment and application of this product lies with the buyer. The product must be fitted correctly and used in accordance with the instructions provided below. 

Fitting instructions

For each rocker arm remove the existing plastic cap and clean the ball shaped pivot and small metal disc. Fit the new plastic cap to the metal pivot assembly, being careful not to split the cap due to unnecessary force being applied. When positioning the rocker arm assemblies on the cylinder head, avoid the plastic caps being pushed against the valve stems or valve springs as this may cause damage to the caps. The assembly should be checked for alignment before tightening the rocker assembly retaining bolts.
