Although these ovens were well maintained and worked fine when we got them our  Technician took them completely apart and cleaned  inside and out as well as where the fans, motors, blowers and  heating elements are which will extend the life of the machine.

We replaced certain parts with BRAND NEW OEM Middleby Marshall oven parts even if not needed . We Also replace any worn parts with  BRAND NEW OEM Middleby Marshall oven parts.  These ovens are in EXCELLENT condition and will work hard for you  for many years to come.

Natural gas but can be converted to propane.
