Here we have a Tusa Liberator Diving Vest that includes whistle and Oceanic Diving Knife.  Vest in good overall shape showing wear from use and storage.  No tears or rips.  Patch on left shoulder has come off but is included. Functionality of this item is unknown. Thanks for looking.
