South Vietnamese President Nguyen Van Thieu (right) greets Brigadier General Vu Van Glai, commander of the South Vietnamese Third Division, as Thieu arrives at Camp Eagle near Hue Monday on an inspection tour of embattled northern provinces. Giai's division has borne the brunt of the current enemy offensive, losing at least 12 bases to the invaders.
