ALL parts are in excellent USED, FULLY TESTED and WORKING condition unless otherwise noted. ALL functions and buttons of an electrical or mechanical part will have been tested to ensure proper operation. There will be NO broken cracked or missing pieces UNLESS otherwise noted. Minor/typical wear including hairline scratches MAY be present. ALL parts will have been CLEANED and will be ready for installation/use upon arrival. Feel free to email with any questions.
COMPATIBILITY
Please do your best to verify that the part you are ordering is the correct part. Part of that verification process is VISUAL. Please pull and view YOUR part prior to placing an order and compare to the pictures in the listing to verify you are ordering the correct part. Please VIEW all pictures included in the listing BEFORE placing the order. Proper verification reduces returns and saves both the buyer and seller TIME.
PART NUMBERS
Part numbers are specific for a reason. Even though a part number is "CLOSE" or the part "LOOKS" similar, two parts that have different part #'s ARE indeed different and can NOT be substituted. Please feel free to email with any questions.
SHIPPING
ALL orders will be packaged and shipped same day (until 3PM EST) otherwise it will be shipped next business day including Saturday. I do my best to get your part to you ASAP.
RETURNS
Returns are no problem for 30 days from delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping. If a part "does not solve your issue", it does NOT mean the part is defective or not working- there can be many reasons your appliance is still not working properly. Simply use the "Contact Seller" link with any questions.
LOST PACKAGES
IF for some reason you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, simply message me through eBay and I will be happy to check the tracking and its progress. If for some reason your package does not arrive, you can view the tracking progress through YOUR "My eBay" link (top right of home page).
DAMAGED PACKAGES
In case of a damaged order, please contact me ASAP and take several pictures as proof of damage and send them to me using the "Contact Seller" link.
